Best Philippines Beaches

The best time to travel to Philippines is from middle of December to middle of May, cause it's the dry season. It rains a lot between June and October.
Boracay

Pagudpud
The island of Pagudpud is 350 miles North of Manila. The beaches have powdery white sands and water as blue as the sky. It is being compared to Hawaii in terms of strong winds and waves. It is great for surfing. Some of the activities to do in Pagudpud are surfing, boating and swimming.
Inexpensive resorts are located along the shores. If you want some shade under the hot sun, a nipa hut only cost $5 to rent. The Saud beach in Pagudpud is more of a luxurious resort. The rooms are still very affordable, around $35-$40 a night, although if you are planning to go during Holy Week the rates go up. It seems like everyone is on vacation that week.
Pagudpud compares to Boracay and is more secluded and peaceful. And one piece of advice, when you're swimming on the beach, don't go too far for the waters have strong undercurrent that could pull you far off the shore.
Panglao
The Panglao shore in Bohol is a stretch of white powdery sands that draws tourists from all over the globe. The ocean blue water is perfect for scuba diving.
The best resorts are lined up along the shore, surrounded by tall coconut trees and lush tropical plants. With plenty of accommodations, restaurants and diving facilities, everything is first class. Not to mention, the hospitality of the local people is excellent.
You can watch the whales passing through the waters, south of the island. Dolphins are seen here too on a daily basis. Go on a whale-watching tour with a train guide. The morning is the best time, because the whales and dolphins are active early. So, if you're an early riser this tour is for you. Besides those activities, you can also go hiking, exploring caves, snorkeling or just simply watch the beautiful sunset in the horizon.
Bantayan Island
Bantayan is commonly known as an island paradise in the Philippines. The stretch of powdery white sand and turquoise water makes this island a favorite attraction for the tourists. It is located in the Northern tip of Cebu. It has a more laid back ambience, very peaceful and friendly locals. No wonder many of the foreigners are making Bantayan their home. The sunset on the island sums up to the already relaxing atmosphere.
The nearby Santa Fe has some of the most inviting resorts in the island. They offer a variety of cuisine from the Philippines, Thailand, Japan and Europe. Seafood is abundant in Bantayan. You can go to the wet market and they could grill fish or steam crabs fresh from the ocean.

Malapascua Island
Situated 8km off the Northeast tip of Cebu is what the people are calling the New Boracay. The Malapascua Island is fairly new in the global market and yet it is already praised as one of the top beaches in the world. Visitors who love to swim and snorkel will have a great time in this island.
This island has become a favorite diving venue. Divers from all over the world come here to meet friendly thresher sharks. If you want to go island hopping, hire a banca (local outrigger boat) and visit the remote areas around Malapascua.
